Celebrity lawyer Peter M. Walzer, who is ranked as a best family law attorney in California, Discusses the possible celebrity divorce of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen on Entertainment Tonight

Tom Brady faces another tough loss-a possible celebrity divorce. Just a few years ago, Brady sat with Oprah, expressing his love for his wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen.

And while the Super Bowl champ has had a total of seven rings, could another ring be on the line? As Giselle was spotted today in Miami without her wedding band. According to reports, Tom and Gisele could be heading towards a divorce after months of tension between the two.

The news comes after Page Six reported that the couple has each hired a divorce lawyer. Announcing his retirement from football back in February, Tom set the internet ablaze after quickly un-retiring just a month after. According to sources, the rift between Tom and Gisele began after his return, with Gisele reportedly unhappy with his decision.

Since then, the two have been going through a rough patch and have reportedly been living separately.

“Of course, they want to know what their rights are. There’s a lot of money at stake, and most importantly, they have to work out arrangements with the children,” states top family law attorney Peter M. Walzer, who is a partner of acclaimed family law firm Walzer Melcher Yoda LLP in California.

In September’s issue of Elle, Gisele opened up about her relationship with Tom, saying in part, quote, “I would like him to be more present. I’ve definitely had those conversations with him over and over again.”

Tom has also echoed these statements, telling Howard Stern in 2020 that she wasn’t happy with their marriage and he needed to step up. Currently, Gisele has been absent from Tom’s four games so far, but wished him luck on social media for his first game of the season.
