Unusual New Domestic Violence Claims Trending In Divorce Cases

Acclaimed family law expert Peter M. Walzer discusses how more men are claiming domestic violence abuse by their female spouse.  Some husbands are doing this to manipulate the law.  They are calling the police on their spouse first, so the police believe them more.   They are using domestic violence claims to get an upper hand in divorce proceedings regarding custody, spousal support, etc.
