The goal of the workshop is to help Institute participants find their authentic persuasive voice. Working one-on-one, and in small groups, with communications expert Jim Lawrence, workshop participants will have the opportunity  to (1) gain insights into their individual communication patterns, (2) learn techniques to improve their persuasive communication, and (3) practice and refine these techniques in the workshop format.
