During law school, Cattarina served as Managing Editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal and clerked for the Supreme Court of Ghana. She also provided pro bono legal services at a family law clinic in Los Angeles, assisting clients with custody, support, and domestic violence issues.

After graduation, Cattarina worked at a boutique family law firm in Los Angeles, where she gained hands-on experience representing clients in complex and emotionally charged custody cases.

Before pursuing a legal career, Cattarina was a professional ballet dancer. She partnered with multicultural dance theaters and community organizations to promote scholarships and expand artistic opportunities for underserved youth in the Bay Area.

A San Francisco native with French heritage, Cattarina is fluent in French.
