Baldoni’s Defamation Lawsuit is Dismissed

Yesterday in a 132-page ruling, the judge tossed out Baldoni’s $400 million suit against Blake and Ryan and his $250 million suit against the New York Times for their article We Can Bury Anyone: Inside a Hollywood Smear Machine, written by Megan Twohey, who broke open the Harvey Weinstein case.

Baldoni Intends to Refile Claims

But today, Baldoni’s legal team is fighting back. His lawyer, Bryan Freedman, telling Extra they intend to refile four of their seven claims, saying in part, “We march forward with the same confidence that we had when Ms. Lively and her cohorts initiated this battle and look forward to her forthcoming deposition, which I will be taking.”

Blake Lively still has claims against Justin, so he has the right to take her deposition, which is going to try to contain this as much as possible.
