Just hours after he filed these papers to end his 14-month marriage to Britney Spears, Sam Asghari posted to Instagram: “After six years of love and commitment to each other, my wife and I have decided to end our journey together.”

So what caused the split? TMZ says that Sam caught her cheating with a male house staff member adding Britney had asked at least one staffer to shoot a naked video of her, although it’s unclear if that person has been behind the camera for Britney’s racy Instagram videos. And the site says that Sam also has accused Britney of attacking him in his sleep, leaving him with bruises and a black eye.

As for the prenup, Sam will reportedly get nothing, not even spousal support following the marriage that came a few years after they met on the set of her sexy music video slumber party.

There have been reports that Sam planned to challenge that agreement, but his agent told us all these claims are false, as no negative intention has ever been directed towards her and never will be. Sam will always support her.

His net worth estimated in 2023 stands around $5 million.

And now there’s this question, how the divorce could impact Britney’s highly anticipated tell-all book “The Woman in Me.” She reportedly landed $15 million for the memoir, and at least one claim says editors may be scrambling to work in the divorce.
