According to the complaint, Timberlake refused a chemical test three times before failing a sobriety test. What Justin Timberlake Faces Now

“He could be facing a potential loss of his license. He could potentially face some jail time, but typically in a first offense, the time that he’s already spent in custody when he was taken and booked in jail is the only time that he would ever see in custody,” states top family law attorney Christopher C. Melcher, who also a celebrity legal analyst.
