There’s a new sexual abuse lawsuit against Michael Jackson’s estate. Michael Jackson’s estate is being sued by four siblings who claim Jackson groomed, drugged, and abused them as kids at the homes of Elton John and Elizabeth Taylor. Among the allegations are that Jackson gave the Cascio siblings wine that he called Jesus Juice and hard liquor that he called Disney Juice.
Why Voiding the Signed 2019 Settlement is a Serious Legal Challenge
The siblings agreed to a settlement with the estate back in 2019, but they’re suing now because they say they were forced into signing it without understanding their rights. Celebrity attorney Chris Melcher tells us Jackson’s estate is vulnerable to these kinds of abuse claims because Jackson’s not alive to defend himself.
"Without Michael here to defend himself, the Cascios themselves have credibility issues — they've made statements supportive of Michael Jackson before."
— Christopher C. Melcher on the estate's vulnerability
Chris Melcher:
There are some people from the estate that could testify that were around in those days, but it’s very difficult. Now these individuals, the Cascios, also have their own credibility problems. They’ve made statements supportive of Michael Jackson and have denied misconduct on his behalf before. So even without Michael here to defend himself, the Cascios themselves have credibility issues.

They say he used phrases like, “Can I have a meeting and Yogi T?” as code to engage in sexual acts. Why the 7-Year Delay in the Cascio Lawsuit Impacts Witness Credibility
"Why did they enter into an agreement seven years ago and get money under it and now try and set it aside? This is going to be hard to reconcile."
— Christopher C. Melcher on timing & credibility
Chris Melcher:
I believe a jury will question the timing of this. Why weren’t these claims made earlier during Michael’s life? Why wasn’t it made soon after his death? Why did they enter into an agreement seven years ago and get money under it and now try and set it aside? This is going to be hard to reconcile.
Host 2:
Jackson’s estate sent us a statement calling the lawsuit a desperate money grab. Also says the siblings are trying to leverage their association with Michael for financial gain.
